I turn complex technology into clear commercial value.

I build growth at the intersection of crypto and AI. I turn complex technology into clear value for users, partners, and investors through data, partnerships, narrative, and hands-on execution.

Alexei Udall

A commercial career shaped by early markets.

I have spent seventeen years in commercial roles, including fourteen years across sales and partnerships, five-plus years in SaaS, and hands-on work in crypto since 2017.

My foundation was conventional: CRM, ERP, SaaS, advertising, recruitment, and account management. That experience taught me how buyers make decisions, how pipelines behave, and why complex products need more than a good pitch.

From 2021, I moved deeper into Web3 through global partnership leadership at Yield Guild Games and KAP Games. I worked across games, chains, platforms, investors, infrastructure providers, and communities while the category was still defining its own rules.

I later led growth at Synternet, building on a career spent making emerging technology clearer, more useful, and easier to adopt through partnerships, content, and GTM execution.

Alongside those roles, I built Metaverse Solutions into an advisory practice serving emerging-technology teams. That work generated €326k across more than forty mandates from 2023 to 2025.

A global network map representing technology partnerships

Fast tests, measured outcomes, reusable playbooks.

  • Test fast, measure what matters, and double down on winners
  • Blend experimentation, narrative design, and funnel analytics
  • Build repeatable playbooks that teams can run without me
  • Use relationships with precision, not as a substitute for product

I have spent years building relationships across AI, Web3, founders, investors, creators, platforms, and ecosystem operators. That includes a growing AI network and access to a broad investor network. I use those relationships selectively for partnerships, market learning, distribution, and commercial access.
